This notice records, as a standing policy of NangalDewat.com (the "Platform"), the Platform's independent ownership and its non-affiliation with any authority or organisation.

1. Independent private ownership

The Platform — including its domain name, website, software, databases, branding, and records — is privately owned and independently operated on the initiative of its owner.

2. Not commissioned or controlled by any body

• The Platform was not commissioned by any Resident Welfare Association, residents' body, village committee, or by the residents of Nangal Dewat collectively.
• No Resident Welfare Association, residents' body, village committee, government authority, or municipal body owns, controls, funds, or directs the Platform.
• No organisation may claim administrative or governance control of the Platform merely because the Platform concerns Nangal Dewat or publishes information relevant to it.

3. References imply no affiliation

References on the Platform to residents, local organisations, meetings, public authorities, or local matters are informational only. They do not imply endorsement, representation, affiliation, agency, partnership, trusteeship, or official status, in either direction.

4. Participation confers no ownership

Directory listings, article references, meeting records, submitted content, and resident participation of any kind confer no endorsement rights and no ownership, governance, or administrative rights over the Platform or its assets.

5. Verify official information at the source

The Platform does not issue official notices. Any notice, scheme, schedule, or requirement of a public authority or other organisation that is mentioned or reproduced on the Platform must be confirmed directly with its actual issuing authority before being relied upon.

6. Claims of affiliation require written proof

Any organisation or person claiming affiliation with, authority over, or rights in the Platform must provide written documentation supporting that claim to the platform owner. Absent a written instrument signed by the legal owner, no such affiliation, authority, or right exists.

7. Requests create no rights of control

Requests for correction, removal, or clarification are welcome and may be reviewed in line with the Editorial and Corrections Policy. Making such a request, or having it accepted, creates no right to control, administer, or acquire the Platform or any of its assets.
