Content Submission Terms

These terms apply whenever anyone submits content — articles, notices, photographs, documents, corrections, or other material — to NangalDewat.com (the "Platform").

1. Submitter confirmations

By submitting material, the submitter confirms each of the following:

  1. Authority — the submitter has the right and authority to submit the material.
  2. Accuracy — to the best of the submitter's knowledge, the material is accurate and not misleading.
  3. Personal information — the material does not disclose anyone's personal information unlawfully or without the consent required by applicable law.
  4. Copyright — the material does not infringe copyright or any other intellectual-property right of any person.
  5. Not defamatory — the material is not defamatory and is not otherwise unlawful.
  6. No transfer of ownership — submission transfers no ownership of the Platform, the domain, any database, or any other platform asset to the submitter or anyone else.
  7. No relationship created — submission creates no partnership, agency, employment, trusteeship, or joint venture between the submitter and the platform owner.
  8. Editorial discretion — the platform owner may accept, reject, edit, annotate, archive, or remove the material, subject to applicable law.

2. Licence

The submitter grants the platform owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, archive, format, and administer the submitted material in connection with operating the Platform. The submitter keeps any copyright they hold in their own material.

3. Review and labelling

Submissions are reviewed before publication. Published submissions carry a provenance label (for example "Third-party submission" or "Unverified submission") in line with the Editorial and Corrections Policy. Publication is never guaranteed, and no compensation is payable for submissions.

4. Withdrawal and removal

A submitter may ask for their submitted material to be removed. Such requests are assessed under the Editorial and Corrections Policy and the Privacy Policy; copies may be retained where required for record integrity or by law.

5. Responsibility

The submitter remains responsible for their submission. Material that breaches these terms may be declined or removed, and serious or repeated breaches may lead to loss of the ability to submit.
